Refund Policy

Under Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in writing, by sending us an email to the following address: contact-nous@balade-orientale.com.

You must return the product in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return conditions:

Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. They must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Returns are not possible if the perfumes have been opened.

Refund :

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within seven business days of receiving the returned item. This refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order. In the case of a damaged product, if the customer requests a refund, only the item(s) will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. However, if the customer prefers to receive a replacement order, all associated shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Perishable products or products likely to deteriorate rapidly;
• Products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
• Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
• Products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other products;
• Products whose price has been reduced due to a promotion.
